CAFA strives to raise awareness of struggles of African American firefighters and citizens in the city of Cincinnati and across the nation.  We are committed to educating our community, enhancing their public safety awareness and  assisting them with fire prevention. We seek to help our children become role models, to help eliminate disparities and discrimination within our Fire and Rescue Department, while maintaining the health and safety of ourselves and the people that we serve.
